TInnov is back with an entirely online event on 6 October 2020. This year, Artificial Intelligence will be at the heart of the debates, presentations and workshops that will take place during the day.

Have you got lots of ideas? And would you like to help design the geoscience services of the future? Join the TInnov movement!

After the success of the first event in 2019, the TInnov Innovation Day is back on 6 October 2020!

TInnov, creating the geosciences of tomorrow

You are once again invited to contribute your input to a multi-disciplinary team – made up of representatives of SMEs, major industrial groups, start-ups, local and regional authorities, and research organisations – in order to develop ideas that will transform the geosciences!

During the virtual TInnov Innovation Day, you will take part in personal presentation sessions to get to know each other, and then have the opportunity to contribute to creative workshops to co-construct innovative concepts with and for regional authorities and companies.

This year, you have chosen to focus your thoughts on the subject of Artificial Intelligence via the dedicated linkedIn TInnov@BRGM Group.

Artificial Intelligence makes it possible to increase the value that can be drawn from the growing mass of data available in every field. Responding to the ever-increasing pressure to improve performance and competitiveness, AI delivers benefits in many socio-economic sectors. What role will AI play in the management of subsurface resources, natural risks, environmental protection and local and regional planning in the future?

TInnov 2020 invites you to use your creativity to imagine new ways in which AI could help boost and drive your work.

The event provides a unique opportunity to exchange with potential partners and identify new areas of development!

At the end of the day, all the ideas will be voted on to select the most promising one (or ones), which could potentially be developed with the support of BRGM.

The best concepts will then be explored in teams in workshops organised with BRGM and its partners, who are specialised in user needs (BVA Nudge Unit...).

After the last edition, market surveys were carried out for three projects in order to further examine the development opportunities. This then led to the prototyping of services with the participants for the SATeRre project.
