CFG (French Geothermal Company), a 100% BRGM subsidiary, is an engineering firm specialising in geothermal applications for heat production (low-enthalpy) and power production (high-enthalpy).

IRIS Instruments

IRIS Instruments specialises in geophysical instrumentation for subsurface explorations and monitoring. Applications: hydrogeology, geotechnology, environment and mineral exploration. The BRGM participation in IRIS Instruments is 51%.
